You may use the Site to learn about our fulfillment services and submit quote requests. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or fraudulent information through our forms.
Quote Requests Are Not Binding
Submitting a quote request through the Site is an inquiry, not an order or contract. Any pricing, service recommendation, or warehouse assignment we provide in response is preliminary and subject to confirmation in a separate service agreement between you and Broadi.
Fulfillment Services
Actual fulfillment, warehousing, drayage, FBA prep, and returns services are provided under the terms of a separate signed service agreement with Broadi, which will govern scope of work, pricing, liability, and other terms specific to your account.
Intellectual Property
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Broadi or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to obligations under a separately signed service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.
