Amazon Business adds a 90% Business Hour Delivery Rate requirement for seller-fulfilled orders
Starting September 30, 2026, Amazon US seller-fulfilled shipments to Amazon Business customers must maintain a Business Hour Delivery Rate of at least 90% over a rolling 14-day period. Offers may be deactivated for Amazon Business customers if performance remains below the requirement by October 30. FBA eligibility is not impacted.
